Do you think leadership is only reserved for class presidents and top ten of your academic class? If you think this way, you are wrong!
Leadership is a skill set that can be learned through hard work and guided lessons. Vince Lombardi, who was the famous football coach of the Green Bay Packers, once said “Leadership are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.”
With this belief, the KAPN started a new program called KAYL(Korean American Youth Leadership) in 2014. Its mission was to develop strong student leadership skills. This program was designed around curricula from Stanford University and other leadership academia around the country. We will together learn leadership through course study, fun group activities, and group projects.
If you have a desire to develop your leadership skills, then KAYL will change your life no matter what profession you go into in your future.
